Good job, looks nice. How many square feet is that roof? How many rolls of cap sheet did you use? I'm going to do my own roof since 2 different roofer did such a bad job on my flat roof.

I Also use a tpo heating gun to melt the Sims for better adherence.
And this is a good product when you don't want or can't do torch.

Company that just did my roof started at the high point of the roof. Not the low. Is that a problem?

Most likely not in the short term, but you never want water to flow downhill onto gaps, water may seep through once material breaks down over time. These rolled sheets are prone to warping over time/coming loose after years of heating/cooling

Looks very clean! Approved product for Florida? Really want to apply stick on underlayment right over plywood (no nails). If we do, in 20 years then the roof needs replacing will it come up without damaging plywood or should we just plan to clean/scrape Cap layer (maybe roll on something for body) and stick on another cap layer?

Yes, it is an approved product in Florida (Miami-Dade County and Florida Building Commission). Applying this directly to plywood would cause damage when trying to remove...we recommend first putting down a nail base sheet with fasteners, that way you can take off that layer by pulling the fasteners and not damaging the plywood at all.

Just do a fluid applied restoration when it's time to address the roof. A good elastomeric on a roof with a small pitch will last you 10-15 years before needing to be recoated. Silicone will last much longer and works great on flat roofs.

I have a roof in CT that looks flat to the eye and is a black 10 ft seams wide material covered with a layer of pea sized rocks. It is completely drained after a rain in about 2 hours, and completely dry after 4-6 hours. What peel and stick product will work on this? Most contractors that have looked at the roof have no clue. I want to strip it down, replace any bad plywood than use a peel and stick application only, (no fumes allowed). Any advice from anyone is much appreciated. Thanks

OK for a roof-over with recovery board?

Perhaps keeping negative comments to yourself is wise. Plus less negativity makes the world a much better place.
