Man, I ain't tryin' to be one of those preachy dudes like "this shit changed my life", but lemme tell you, you're gonna notice the difference when you cut soda out of your diet (if you drink a lot). A couple years ago, I realized I was getting caffeine headaches (used to drink a shit ton of Pepsi and Mt. Dew) and even blurry/splotchy vision at times. On top of that, it felt like my throat was always hoarse and constricted, turns out it was all of that citric acid and high-fructose corn syrup. Since I switched to water, milk, and real fruit juice, I haven't had any of those problems. And, in the rare instances that I do drink soda, it honestly takes like flavored chemicals. To any of y'all reading this, I'm not telling to change your diet or stop drinking soda altogether, you do you. But, all good things should be in moderation, so if you've got similar issues, maybe consider taking a look at what you're putting in your body.

One item I wouldn't be without in my gym bag is the Meister MMA Crown Deodoriser in Cedar scent. Totally eliminates gym sink and keeps your bag and kit smelling sweeeeet. Also, a small gym towel to use on benches and wipe sweat off of headphones 👍
