I used to make sweet potatoes like you and your mom, but I did mine once without eggs, milk and sugar and found it just as fantastic. - mainly because my own family after children had issues with dairy. My girls still ask for baked in oven sweet potatoes with marshmallows. Thank you for sharing - simply beautiful with no planned agenda. Love it. 😮
