✅200 gr tail oil
✅2 capia peppers
✅1 green pepper
✅2 onions
✅8-9 small tomatoes
✅1 teaspoon of salt
FOR THE BOTTOM MORTAR:
✅4 roasted eggplants
✅10 tablespoons of yoghurt
✅1 teaspoon of salt
FOR THE DOUGH:
✅5 cups of flour (550 gr)
✅Approximately 1.5 glasses of water (300ml)
✅125 g solid fat (Butter or margarine)
✅1 teaspoon of salt
