this seems biased...like she is being paid by Zoho. in my experience, Zoho is not easy to work with...various apps not easily integrated and there is a non-intuitive way to manage the Zoho account overall

Zoho customer care is very difficult
Zoho Support got much better recently and you can get additionaly tech support from Zoho Partners :)
