2 cups + 3 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon ghee
2 tablespoon rose water optional
½ tablespoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon saffron threads
¼ cup crushed pistachio or roasted almonds
5 cups water
