I've manifested instantaneously in the past. I once repaired my broken X-BOX 360. It had the red ring of death. So I fixed it by going in, taking it apart, and cleaning it. It worked for 3 more days and was finally done. So I decided to go on a walk out of anger. I literally walked out of my apartment door. But thus time I walked north, which is not the way I usually go for a walk. There's nothing but shit in that direction. But as soon as I got around the corner by the dumpster was a buch of boxes and furniture from a family that moved out earlier in the day. It was late at night too. But I decided to go look. In the first box I glanced in was an old X-BOX 360 about thirty games and six controllers. So, I took them home and took it apart cleaned it. Plugged it in and I fucking worked . That was 8 years ago. I still have it it still works. I just haven't played it in 7 years or so.

I agree with you.I'm bhuddism,we belive that our soul work by vibrating to make frequency of our (body &mind) magnetic field.That leads us to be nirvana or what we'll be on our new born. Our vibration make different frequency to our cells that send over to the universe.

I think you can do it l. I have been working on frequency for a long time and negativity is causing severe drop in Frequency.

I also have health issues and often have a hard time staying positive. When I'm not feeling positive I try to listen to spiritual videos and read spiritual books. I find this helps a lot! I also talk to God about how I'm feeling...pray for him to help me and this works too.

Manifest with vibration
Step 1: get crystal clear what type truly desire ; what does it feel like? What kind of work are you doing? How do you feel in your body?
Step 2: create a vision board that represents what you want - spend time watching this vision board
Step 3: inspired action with a place of alignment (you will naturally be attracted to take these steps due to a higher power e.g god)
Step 4: focus on the feeling of already having the desire. Focus on the good that is already present
Step 5: detach from the outcome and trust the journey: sometimes it won’t go as we wanted, but things happen for your favor and in divine timing. It doesn’t mean sitting back and do nothing all day; it means to take action and keep your faith.
Step 6: giving back and be of service of others - you will attract more this way
Step 7: be patient and compassionate with yourself - it will take time and every move and step you take will take you further in your dream life.

Or how about making a decision to stop a bad habit o e day. Just stop doing it. And still not doing it over a year ago. But not only that. Meeting a woman out if the blue that had quit the same bad habit out of the blue like me one day exactly after I did. We are now many months into a relationship she is actually pregnant. What's funny is we met in passing and the conversation came up about the bad habit almost immediately in our first meeting and the rest of the conversation just flowed from there. She is the most intelligent and beautiful woman I've ever met. I think quitting this bad habit actually helped me manifest love into my life.
