I like to use a BLACK scandal bag to steam my hair. The fact that the bag is black really keeps the heat inside the bag and the heat steams my hair and when I remove the bag you dont see any product lol lovely. No no Ecostyling gel. It dries out hair. You can use a curl brush. You brush it all around your hair and it produces curls. Hope it helps. That style curls are fire on you girl. Love it 💕 Update.... My hair didn't break or shed that much. I had her do a deep conditioner, and Hot oil treatment. She braided it back. And I have a sharp short cut wig that I've been wearing. People thought it was my hair. It's Sharp. I'm letting my hair rest right now.

If in a hurry even just shampoo will do. I also watched your video about the heat damage. I am very sorry that happened. And again, I did not even know that heat damage can actually cause you to loose your curls.

Please don't scratch your scalp with your fingernails it will lead to wounding on the scalp. You can try using menthol crystal to help with the itching.
The process takes about 45 mins to 1 hour and can last up to a week but you have to refresh it daily with later and maybe some leave in because it would go dry and flat when you sleep
