This was the most developed TFR Japan playthrough I have ever seen. Extremely thorough as well with it being informative and entertaining. Great job! Love it!
I ended up going against the LDP. It was a slow roll, and I almost lost the defense of Taiwan since I didn't prepare enough on my naval strength and protecting Okinawa. I did have air superiority, though, as well as the strength of the main divisions from the start. After I won, I went had a hard time trying to peace keep in Burma and trying to help the remnants of the union in America (I know I don't need to, but it's fun to try). The modernization tree is really good to just boost your existing divisions power, even if you don't produce enough. I'm currently winning in Burma right now as I sent three divisions of special forces with exoskeletons before China chooses to invade Burma, and I have helped in America by beating back the Patriot Front and regain most of the eastern coast. So far, I'm loving Hearts of Iron 4 so much because of this mod, and Japan is a great nation in this mod.
And i thought my make the entire army mechanised/motorised divisions then cycle and last stand on ports was the best strat. Never knew the Chinese AI would drop 80% of their army on 2 tiles, while having their entire navy blown up.
