Remember the reason why the murder drones didn’t come back as solvers was because their ‘solver heart’ was captured by Alice? Alice had already died before V got attacked by the Sentinels, so even is V ‘died’ she would come back as a solver and use the Sentinels matter to reconstruct V’s body! Either way it’s a win-win situation, even though it seems like a lose-lose!
I had read somewhere that they turn into that centipede thing because a program that acts as a drone manager takes control of their remains from the heart to rebuild them, and supposedly in chapter 5 the manager of V and N changed and now it would be uzi, I don't know where they got that from, I think it's because the code that N and V had on their faces changed color from yellow to purple and said something weird about I don't know what code, (sorry if it's not understood, I don't know English)
This video reminded me that V also went though the stuff that Uzi and N went but unlike N and Uzi V never got any real confort.😢( I wish I could give her a hug)
