Great wisdom for becoming, evolving and growing as an architect. Thank you for sharing such a wisdom!
It is about (shared in LinkedIn with my own summary)
    - Being humble to accept that I may not know many things but having confidence and basics to quickly understand the big picture and pieces of it.
    - Having people skills to listen, converse and convince people (business, developers, testers, ops - across levels, compartments, individuals etc)
    - Understanding the big picture, holistic things, system level views vs. getting too deep in design or implementation of individual components.
    - Keep learning and catching with trends. They overwhelm at times with rapid changes but there are tools and ways that can be dealt with.

comprehension skills are required, once one lands new job, there they give lots of documents to read, with no serial order or sequence, already confused new joiner gets more confused by looking at documents, existing employees do not have time to give Knowledge Transfer ( KT ), Also they do not want to give KT to save their job.

Great insights! As IT is driving more and more of the business, in my point of view the role of an architect can make and break the sustainability of a business and it should be placed very close to the management, same as marketing to provide the possibility to play a political role.

I really enjoyed this video and it was full of insights, but there's a low end rumble in the background of the video that's driving me crazy
