it seems the large pyramid got converted into a ruined pyramid structure once destryoed, which still has health and cranking out mummies, so thats why there was still mummies coming out of the ruins of the pyramid, and you may need to destroy it a second time to finally stamp out the mummies for good

I like the mummy faction. Would be cool if more mission makers made full campaigns with custom factions.
