I think they should add a perk where after you spot a certain amount of animals like 250 young’s 250 adults and 250 matures you will get a perk where when you spot a animal it also tells you it’s age in years. If they add a perk like this they should make it that you can’t just spam spot one animal. Like if you spot one animal when it’s young if you spot the same animal when it’s still young it won’t add to the perk so you have to wait till it ages to spot it and contribute to the perk or something like that.
That's a killer idea! I agree they need to have some kind of perk when it comes to spotting animals!
@@Huntgaming25would be super useful if you found a five and wanted to know how old it was, for example I’ve killed whitetail with 95%+ genes and I scored 460 something because it just turned five and I had no clue I could’ve been 490+. Sam with rares would be useful to make sure that they get as big as possible. Like for your albino to make sure it was in it’s last age cycle.
@@cameronberenyi4129 Oh yeah dude I totally agree with you. It would make the game feel more realistic as well.
@@Huntgaming25 for the update after tikamoon plains I think they should just do an update add new kinds of rares (piebald, lusistic etc) and giving more species rares as well as expanding the lodges or making one mega lodge where u can put animals for any map.
@cameronberenyi4129 Oh yeah I'm sure their next line of focus will be adding more rares, more weapon, and hopefully new perks.

On a serious note: 1) I had two animals playing dead on me. At first, I thought it was a bug. 2) I have a sneaky suspicion that rares spawn at certain spots on each maps. My experience is very limited, but I have two albino Whitetails from the same herd and I saw other people on YT shot their's in the same area. Could be coincidence, but...
I was wondering that myself! Check out the areas I was at and see if a rare doesn't spawn in for ya.
@@Huntgaming25 Will do that good Sir, but after my summer vacation 😁👍🏻 My first albino was an initial spawn for sure. The second one probably spawned in as a replacement and now I'm letting him grow. I haven't had any luck with melanistic, but I have yet to explore most of the map. All the best 👍🏻

I have a little story. I have been just hunting nez perz valey like usual and then i just randomly saw 3 albino whitetails and i have never hunted them ever on my map.

Just recently found your channel and made me want to get back into this game ❤️! Maybe it’s a sign because I just got probably my best 5 star I’ll ever get! Whitetail - 99.56%, 403.22lbs (403.55lbs is the max), and a score of 498.00

I have had a bear, moose and deer drop alive and then jump up when I got closer.
I finally found my melanistic and albino buck on NPV today (after 100+ hrs). I shot an albino doe before the last patch, and I was not sure if it was albino at the time…which was a bummer as I decided not to tax it back then (ignorance is bliss). Today made up for the mistake!

What would be an great add to gear slots? Like tree stands of hides? Because I hate having to see open slots to prevent me from caring more callers or guns.
Sidearm slot would be cool. Honestly I wish they’d do like a backpack type of gear slotting so the player could carry a few more items. More callers, more gear, etc.
Are u playing on Console? Hows the FPS? And what version of the game do you have? i want to buy it for my ps5 but i am not sure if it works good..
So I’m confused, if you leave a rare skin to grow and die does the rare gene stay with the heard for future deer? I guess what I’m asking is can you grow a 5 star rare mature?
Check out "Flinter", he has grown a 5 star melanistic moose, and something else. "Scarecrow" has grown a 5 star whitetail.

How long did you play before you got your first rare? And or do you know how many kills it took?
Shew that’s a tough question. Best answer I can give you is a long time time to find and a lot of kills lol

@lrfitzsimons856 From my experience yes. I have seen a lot in their primary habitat. But other people might have different experiences.
Is there a list off all rares ?
Not to my knowledge, the only "list" they really have is from patch notes.

I don't know exactly but off the top of my head probably a solid 8 hours of shooting and letting new deer spawn in.

Seriously? DUDE that was a hunt! Lets be honest..... you edited all of this from 6 months of hunting 😆 I have only seen 1 rare fur EVER. Your heard management must be working for ya.
Nah man! This was 8-10 hours of shooting and letting new animals spawn in! And it definitely is!
