Usually I just run the highest scheme fit for defense. Don’t know about the playbook but I use Indy you could also just try the teams playbook for defense. But I still avoid anything with 3-down lineman

Defense 4-3 under
Dallas defense playbook
Offense generates great results
Defense gets alot of sacks on top of corners getting 3 to 7 int with multiple corners and safeties. Enjoy
