Buying jokers every round would have gotten you further still.
In the end you had madness at 10.5 mult. This equates to a mult of 12 155.
Because of plasma deck this would at least give you 36 936 386 points.
If you had a mult of 15 on madness you would have gotten a mult of 50 625.
Because of plasma deck you would have gotten at least 640 722 625 points.
Now assuming you would have had on average and 100 mult:
At madness mult 10.5 you would have gotten 369 363 860 957 points. (~3.6 e11)
At madness mult 15 you would have gotten 6 407 226 562 500 points. (~6.4e12)
Getting a eternal Perko would have also been an option, but those are not quite common

Not sure what you mean by buying jokers every round. Madness would destroy anything I purchased that wasn't eternal unless I skipped every Small / Big blind, which would also make them stop scaling. The only reason I skipped for Invisible Joker was to guarantee 4 Madness since Ankhs weren't guaranteed to show up.
Also, I'm pretty sure The Soul card can't produce Jokers with stickers. So even though the wiki says it can be eternal, you can't actually obtain an eternal Perkeo without mods.

@@TheUnseenExplosion1 What I meant was buying a joker specifically to be destroyed to trigger madness. Which you did not do in every shop.
Had you done that you would have had between 10 and 1000 more points in the end. Which would have gotten you a few more rounds.
I don't belive I this would have been enough to get a 5th madness. I just had the small itch to theory craft how you could have gotten that fifth one.

​@aigid7050 Madness doesn't need to destroy another Joker to gain the additional mult. The effect is:
"When Small Blind or Big Blind is selected, gain x0.5 Mult and destroy a random Joker"
It gains the mult first then destroys a random, non-eternal Joker. If you don't have one, it just does nothing after it gains the mult.
