Every time Lydia has to come out and speak up for herself after being attacked it makes me appreciate the &^*% TH-camrs go through and how sad parts of our society are. Let's grow up people and do the inner work and allow those who come out and take a chance to entertain, inform and share with us be themselves. Leave your drama at the door.

I totally agree with you! Anybody should be able to be proud of ones body, show it off and don´t get negative comments about it! You are such a role model with your down to earth comments in your vlogs (and blog) and how you stand up to "haters" and negativity without giving them more "popularity". Just keep on with that positive thinking and thinking about your achievements. You bring something good to all of your 616 K followers, and there´s a reason why the number keeps going up.

Before you take medication for your dermatitis, change your toothpaste. I had exactly the same thing for months on my chin, after changing my toothpaste from sensodine to non fluoride it cleared up within two weeks x

Have to agree, what they are now putting in toothpaste is absolutely awful for us.. Sensodine is one of the worst.. get down the health shop and try some of the alternatives. they taste better and no nasty chemicals.

Picked up another LydiaxArden bag and gifted it to my mum today. She was so happy. She saw mine and loved it and is now taking hers to Dubai next week. I’ve used mine so much, it’s like Mary Poppins carpet bag, you can get so much into it, makeup, hair brush, skin care, lamp shade lol.

I am so happy you did the timelaps in what you wore and didn’t change your crop top. In today’s society we feel pressured into having a perfect body and one never will archive this perfect body. Everyone is different, has a different metabolism and natural figure. You do Sports to keep healthy and show of your body because you’ve grown into a confident woman and especially with a younger audience watching they need to be reminded that one deserves to be loved and has to love oneself in order to have a positive mindset. People naturally have insecurities (small/ big boobs, a belly they’re not happy with, their height) but embracing them is important. This is the way your supposed to be and if you maintain a healthy lifestyle your mind will thank you for it. I usually don’t comment on your videos but felt the need to voice this opinion. You can make brownies using over ripe Bananas for natural sugar. Add Vanilla Bean essence and Raw Cane Sugar... much healthier . Bananas makes the dough very moist. Add natural yogurt or creme fraiche an egg melted butter or coconut oil /milk. Blenditall and it makes a cake or muffins. It is dense enough to infuse with jus (raspberry is perfect) after.

Love your reminder about being kind about others bodies and showing skin. I've felt really uncomfortable wearing shorts or skirts for the last few years because of this notion that if I dare to show any skin I'm opening myself up to be sexualised and harassed.

That is what I always wished for my friends who were unhappy with their bodies & those who would 'attack' me about mine, simply that they would wake up and CHANGE THEIR MINDS. It's really that simple: that is the key to being comfortable in your own skin. I was fortunate to grow up with enough sisters that I learned how to navigate different attitudes/personalities early on; I attended an all-girls prep school & was a cheerleader; then joined a sorority all with the same attitude: love yourself and be comfortable in your skin, because at the end of the day it is up to you. this insight helped me get over being only 8" taller than a "little person" and help others who insulted me to forgive themselves. I have a similar body type to Lydia's, I'm 5'6" and 114lbs. And I'm happy with my body! We hear so much about "fat shaming" , but what about "skinny girl shaming"? There are those of us who are naturally skinny without having to watch our diets or work out. So please consider this before shaming someone who's thin, just to make yourself feel better. And thank you Lydia for what you said!! It was beautiful and unapologetic, which is why I love you!

you can use apple sauce as your sugar or maple syrup. With the apple sauce as well you can make it buy just softening apples, and blitzing them until smooth. no refined sugar added. it also will make it vegan, as the apple sauce can act as your egg as well!

You're so right. I'm from Germany and my mom bought a thermomix last years because nearly everbody has someone in Germany. I love to cook with it especially smoothie. I literally make them every day.
