    Are the beds already raised or did you have to do that yourself?

      mine was already raised but i know people who had to raise it up some more

      @saraemarie risers are provided? Looking for clarification because we were getting mixed responses during the housing orientation. Also, room #'s are based on floor level? Ex. 2111

      @@DIESCAMES Yes! it’s kinda hard to explain but to raise the bed you would take the mattress off and raise the bottom part from the latches that are in the holding the bottom part together(I hope this helps!!) and also yes the floor levels are based on your room number.
