at 19:31, which cap is the larger bearing cap? is it the 2nd one from the rear of the engine block?
Yes! 2nd from the rear has the thrust bearing.
can you remove and re-install pistons from underneath? without removing the cylindet head?
remove, yes. reinstall, no.
Are those m54 pistons with m50 rods?
Does that means bore x0.045”gap? Because i need it in metric

Is there a reason you kept the piston rings on the piston when you measured the bore?
Yeah actually, I found it a bit easier to square up the ring inside the bore. Took off the top ring for more depth
