    when i were younger I lived in the carolinas. I never traveled to nyc I however (before becoming fan of dipset) thought if I ever were to visit/live, harlem would be the first place I'd go. harlem has a rich black history and I definitely wanted to be apart of such.

    no lie being a kid in the early 2000's swag became a factor for an artist...I admired it...but as an adult to google mike amiri and to see $100 for 1 pair of cotton socks, $500 snapback, and $1000's of dollars for clothes for a name is THE DUMBEST SHIT IN LIFE. New York should have never started yelling out these uber expensive brands in songs because New York already was a style of rap that was the least popular....They lost even more people, especially southerners and 9 to 5ers.

    Gang culture didn’t start in Chicago…Most city’s had gangs….. My pops which is 62 was in a gang early 70s in Brooklyn Ny…..Crew/Gang same ish….. Blood & Crip are some of the 1st to go worldwide cuz they didn’t care who & where they recruited…..In my pops day if you won’t from that area you couldn’t be part of their gang no matter how much you wanted to
