The way you captured his every deep and hearthbreaking sorrow, pain, loneliness, solitude, exhaustion, complex feeling in very long long endless cursed life and yet some part of him still trying to find some hope with those so many parallels and layers? Not to mention about your song choice and flawless editing manip? THIS IS EVERYTHING. And i already watched it over and over and i still feel chill through my spine. I kind of feel like watching an emotional movie, a good one. Thank you so much for this extraordanary vid and giving him more justice than the show had.
This is absolutely beautiful. Prob the best darkling vid I've seen. I love that you captured his pain, loneliness. One thing I'm angry abt towards Leigh Bardugo is the fact that she did not explore his character. There are so many layers to hin, and they only get peeled back in front of Alina, like why wouldn't you want to go deeper and find out what would happen? Yes he did terrible things, but he did them for Grisha, and it worked. They were persecuted no longer, the Fold was a shield for them. If it went away it would mean history repeating itself, and that ks what he told Alina which will no doubt become true after that finale. If only Alina tried to understand him man 😩. So mad with how it ended, like so mad.
