Yeah deer seem to be really common in Native lore. Not only do like 50 or 60 percent of S/W stories on here involve them, they play a big part in Roanoke legends and theories.

If it were real he’d go to the news or literally anywhere else to prove his point. He says he has stuff that I would consider physical evidence, so why not prove it? And honestly, nothing against Swamp, but I’d think that he’d send his story to as many people as possible, not just one guy. What if swamp had turned him down?

I have lived and worked all over Washington and that story sounded like somebody just looked at a map and picked a town name. First off the Spokane River goes nowhere near the coast which is where the guy supposedly lived. If you wanted to go for a leisurely drive from home and lived on the coast it would take him at least 5 hours to get to the Spokane River

I don't think all the deer creatures are Walkers. Perhaps their a form of aggressive/predatory Deer People. I read a little bit about them as a kid, but others isn't much info that I've found.
Story #2 probably wasn’t a skinwalker. Swamp has videos on “tall deer” which are really often misidentified as skinwalkers or wendigo. Also could’ve been something else, but being that they’re Navajo witches it probably wasn’t a skinwalker in the UK.
My favorite story was the one with Panda looking for that haunted place, but found Denny’s over and over again, instead. I don’t know. Some people feel that Denny’s is pretty scary, too.

I deleted the last and replaced it with this updated version which gives the historical and evolutionary reason of why based on my research of history, evolution, and the behaviors of living organisms, like ourselves. The simple version is as stated; he’s bloody brilliant.
I wish people understood that adding unnecessarily random details and abusing a thesaurus makes their stories less credible, not more credible. Also, why the heck do people just go "Yeah def a skinwalker" when they see a random monster, especially when not even near the Southwest... "I heard a sound in the forest, must be a skinwalker", yeah sounds legit. Not every skinny humanoid is a skinwalker, c'mon guys. Also in story 2 that guy thinks 5'8" is tall? And using that in the UK is sus unless Swamp converted it for us. Everything about that story is weird though. You think ANYONE who would stalk you through the brambles would definitely say "ouch", are you kidding?
