I don’t think people in India will invest that much money in furniture. I have only seen such furniture here in America and stores. It’s all made in china. This is why the margins are so high in furniture. The good thing is professional workmanship is very good but the wood used is not so good. It’s usually engineered wood or cheap Canadian options like teak or oak wood. Next time when you go to such malls always inquire about the material. Things are very fancy from outside but inferior in terms of overall quality of material.
Foshan furniture market is wonderful, can’t imagine such malls exit, our relative has settled here to sell furniture in India to hospitals, big malls, big hotels and restaurants. Architects and interior decorators visit regularly to finalize plans.
