Not really. Humans would not a lot more grotesque if our fallopian tubes were that large relative to body weight. It's the sheer size of the reproductive organs compared to the rest of the body that's kinda freaky.
I think the female dissection was little bit grosser than the male dissection because he had to remove the eggs and it made weird noises. But yeah I’m not complaining
