The late, great and gorgeous Carol Wayne is a Celebrity Sweepstakes legend, Shana Foreman looks gorgeous in this 1985 Catch Phrase game show classic!!
Celebrity Sweepstakes is a rare game show for many game show fans, and Tic Tac Dough is one of my favorites.
Especially if it’s the night time version that is uploaded.
Excellent Wheel episode! Courtenay looked really fine in '79! Great round two for her when she bought that $6,000 plus car!
Wonder what Chuck heard to think it wasn't correct....
0:43 nighttime Celebrity Sweepstakes from 1976-77
Thank you so much for these! Looking forward for more.❤
I only remember Bill Armstrong as the announcer on Celebrity Sweepstakes
Never heard of some of these game shows
2:36:14 - Stay tuned now for "The Price Is Right" over most of these same CBS stations!
BTW, the very first rerun of these 2 TTD episodes were on October 7-8, 1985 on CBN.
Chuck has the Pro Football Hall of Fame/ABC Sports jacket color.
Joan did what Kit Salsbury did many times with those blitz games.
Was the exacta bugle the same sound effect used for the Secret Square?
Dick Tufeld announcing a game show? Well, now I've heard everything!
That's actually Ernie Anderson, ABC staff announcer and announcer of America's Funniest Home Videos up until his 1997 death, announcing Break The Bank.
He was the announcer of Stumpers. When it came to Celebrity Sweepstakes, my favorite announcer was John Harlan.
I agree completely.
@@terryleemangrumii8566 Usually, it was Johnny Jacobs on the daytime version.
Instead of Dragon Finder, I would have Beat the Dragon similar to Face The Devil on Joker's Wild.
"Catch Phrase" should've lasted a lot longer.
Should had been given a 3 season run
I thought HOT STREAK was cancelled to quickly
Is Russian roulette a part of it?
Russian Roulette ran from 2002-2003 and if you check the description neither year is listed, so presumably not.
Is the IYCOAL episode the one with Tim Tshei or whatever his name is winning over $1 million?
Watch and see!
