I like that everything is so clean and uncomplicated. Some American "chefs" can be so demanding at times and these guys are so cool and that's why I call them "cooks". It's like being at home. That lamb shank reminds me of the feast in the movies when they pick up the huge leg to eat. WOW!!! Although I am not the one eating the food, by the time this series is done, I would have gained a lot of weight by just watching 🤣🤣🤣🇹🇹🇨🇦
No Judy I am sorry to say our country's ships can be down right nasty that's why you got to be careful of what you say and even how you treat the waitresses cuz you don't know what's going on in the kitchen that we can't see that's why I like the restaurants that have they open area where the chefs are cooking and you could see what is going on I don't know what their problem is but they need to check themselves I see these videos and all the Asian countries are willing to give you what you want add more and treat you like a long lost relative and that's important for us Judy because a lot of times we need that tender Care from a dinner lunch whatever that we are paying for enjoy

I live in Phoenix, AZ in the USA. Most of the food here is disappointing, except for the Mexican food, which is phenomenal. I haven't really found any good middle eastern food out here.

As a Persian watching this from abroad , This is super luxury restaurant (Shandiz), the affordability for this restaurant is like if you can afford a 150K to 200K car. The rest is ok and it sits in the affordability range of all people.

Every thing in iranian version in ranked 1in the world .rice .safferon .Burberry .sour Chery .pestachue even lamb .like Persian rise is 1$for a killo out of Iran but best basmaty rice is like 3$and and so Iran with around 11000years of history is a must time see a real culture and best hospitality you can ever see .
Persian Food looks so mouth watering. Really impressed by the preparation and care each dish . Beautiful restaurant. Lamb Shank yummy. Tea and sweets those look nice though cannot eat too much , so very sweet. Rice and lamb the eyeroll says it right there. heaven on a plate hummhumm. My mouth is literally watering watching you eat that lamb shank lol. Yummy. So much good food Iran rocks the dishes for sure ♥ What a foodie adventure today :) Everyone I believe should try Iranian food dishes. Thanks for the adventure stay safe
That’s the best part. We make the rice super hot so the egg gets cooked there. However, we also trust the egg. I’ve had that dish more than 100 times nothing happens.
It was interesting, however I think Mr Taster tours are restricted to 1- all meat restaurants and 2- Fancy restaurants. Maybe it is his own preferences, which is fine but the guests miss the opportunity to experience other aspects a real food in Iran. One is the street food which is so different with what you can see in these fancy restaurants. Also about the vegetarian and vegan foods in Iran, there are dozens of them. Raw egg on rice (I have never seen such a thing in Iran) or that amount of fat in the dizi or Suhary Bamier. Well they might be yummy but very unhealthy. So I suggest to introduce more healthy foods with no meat or fewer meat at least which are also Iranian. For instance, Ash Reshteh, Mirza Ghasemi, Kashk O Bademjan, Ferni, Shole zard, or even the stews which are combinations of meat and vegetables.
Dude appreciate your curtesy to show the real face of Iranian people and culture which have unfortunately been demonized over the passed decades by western media.
