I love that Tyr's theme is literally the opposite of what any of us probably expected. Escpecially before Ragnarok and the Odin reveal. Bro's just so badass all while being wise and a great therapist. Literally the type of God of War we should've expected and not some trash weakling that Odin tried to make him out to be. Bro may have been out looking for peace sure, but he definately knew how to scrap when he needed/wanted to. And that's why I love him and his theme so much.🤣
11:08 Týr: Stop, Kratos... I yield. Kratos: Hard-fought. Týr: Let's see what your mind has worked out. When the evils of the box were purged, what remained was hope. Which you chose to release back into the world. Mimir: Yes... After everything, you came back full circle to sacrificing yourself. Kratos: My death would have been just, but it was not to be. Týr: Yes, you lived. And hope still lives on within you, from this world to the next. One could say you brought hope back to these realms after a long slumber. Box or no box, Kratos... fear and hope and love and hate exist in every one of us. The question is... which will you choose to let guide your actions? Each choice we make shapes our world. Kratos: I see the truth of it. Týr: And...? Kratos: I believe I am ready to walk through that door. Týr: Excellent.
Odin got jumped by three of the most powerful gods simutaniously, while having lost his own purpose. Though I agree, compared to Thor the fight was repetative and not really what you'd exspect that desperate madman would pull off backed against a corner
@@dande-lion yeah they could have done so much more with him, tbh even the last Thor boss was underwhelming. Ending was rushed as hell man, its a problem when that trashy Ironwood section lasted longer than the climax
It wouldn't be a boss fight without boss theme.
And those shots are certainly 🔥
I love how we don't beat Tyr.
He just stops our punch casually and goes like "Aight, training's over."
Because for us, fighting occupies the body while our minds work out the rest
Because you are not ready.
Yet.

how can that weak grandpa Odin imprison the mighty Tyr. Odin was such an underwhelming boss man, I really wished he had more difficulty and spectacle
Then how did he defeat both kratos and Atreus ?
@@majedahli4410 it was nothing Kratos couldnt overcome with his spartan range
