This seems like what life would be like for an omniscient being who can see all realities/universes/galaxies at once. Watching near the end is like watching them all slowly die out one by one.
+1BrknHrtdRomeo You can't just add resolution to a video lol. This video is native 1080p, so on a 4k monitor it would still play 1080p (kinda like playing 420p youtube video on 1080p monitor).
In case you're just skipping around and wondering how they fit all these episodes into 10 minutes, at 5:39 all the videos begin to fast-forward quite a bit (probably around 11-12 minutes) and the fast-forwarding ends at 5:59.
- In Hell - Devil Appears, tells you it will be not that bad, you just have to watch every The Simpson's episode for eternity. - _OK. yeah, could be much worse._ - Shows you this.
This made me think of sleep deprivation torture and those poor souls who were made to endure sleepless nights after sleepless nights where they had to watch psychedelic videos over and over again. Just think about you being stuck at the center of this sphere 24 hours a day without the possibility to escape. I'd probably break pretty quickly and spill the beans in a heartbeat.
I took a film study class early in college in the 1970s. Most of the prof's choices were great, but he showed the class "Dog Star Man" by Stan Brackhage, an experimental film that actually made me want to throw up and gave me a headache. Several other students voiced this opinion. And that was in 15 or 20 minutes. This audio reminded me of that visual. VIsually, this was not so bad.
I just realized... this is what being in Disney World on a busy day sounds like. Or at least, being in a crowded shopping mall just a day before christmas.
I feel like this is a metaphor for the universe. It starts in a blaze of strident stringy glory, jumbles into a chaotic mess for a while, then one by one the lights go out, until only one remains. And as that last light fades out forever, we see that it all ends, not with a bang, or with a whimper, but instead with a fox logo.
The universe is around 3.8 billion years old... yet, we came to live in an age where this is possible. We are all part of it. We get to witness this. I love this age.
So the sound of static is actually hundreds/thousands of voices and whatnot all mashed together? Wonder what those empty channels on TV were "saying" to us after all the "programs" had ended. Eerie stuff.
This is how artificial intelligence will familiarize itself with our media...just 10,000s times more videos with the ability to pay attention to each individual video at the same time.
The most surreal moment is when you see that last episode end and for a split second there is nothing before the video ends, like looking out one night and seeing the stars fade flicker out, until no stars are left, the only brightness in the night sky the moon, before it, too, is swallowed by darkness, and you look away and realize that the darkness was you, your own hubris, you yourself were the killer of the night, snuffing out the sky- second most surreal is hearing the intro slowly be replaced by the static sounds of hundreds of voices, as it slowly is overrun by the hoards of sound, becoming less and less recognizable and a song and finally becomes a screeching mess, crying out for forgivness to the jaunting tune of a hit tv show. The third is at 5:39 when it goes really fast that was funny
I'm trying to exit out of this video on mobile but every time I swipe it away, it just spins the video and now I'm truly convinced that this is a portal to hell.
Imagine for a moment if there really was a God. How could he understand anything? It's just noise with just 500 videos. Imagine 8 Billion people? Now imagine for a moment what the world would sound like if you got all the sounds together like this video. I think something would explode.

@HackermanBlue Like Monster Island?
It would be really funny if there was just a random Futurama episode playing in here too.
GodzillaMendoza How do you know there isn't?
You're violating copyright so hard that I don't even know if it still counts.
I imagine it's a little like when Mr Burns had so many diseases in his body that they cancelled each other all out. Invincible....
they actually credited The Simpsons tm
+cmccoy that never works though, but I wish it did. :(

This seems like what life would be like for an omniscient being who can see all realities/universes/galaxies at once. Watching near the end is like watching them all slowly die out one by one.

+1BrknHrtdRomeo Awful.
+1BrknHrtdRomeo it looks likes its 240p...
+1BrknHrtdRomeo You can't just add resolution to a video lol. This video is native 1080p, so on a 4k monitor it would still play 1080p (kinda like playing 420p youtube video on 1080p monitor).

Why not just make the video 22 minutes, that’s the length of an average episode.
I hope they don't have google cardboard at Guantanamo bay
lmfao
Is this how the Architect from The Matrix Reloaded binge watches TV shows?
It looks like the Architect Room in Matrix 😅
+Sonny Dexter combined with the Tesseract from Interstellar.
+Amozmusicmaker Damn yes 👌

That what i thought too with the constant backround chatter but i guess were both just a little sick

This is like being in a black hole and just floating to the episode you want to watch.

Oddly comforting, like ocean waves.

I just realized... this is what being in Disney World on a busy day sounds like.
Or at least, being in a crowded shopping mall just a day before christmas.
I have now seen the majority of The Simpsons now, thanks to you
I now understand every Simpsons reference ever made in the history of history.
Youtune's ClaimID system is going to explode trying to process this video...
Awesome, no need to waste time watching each individual episode anymore!
so you get white noise when you have 500 homers talking at once... got it.
Yellow noise
Forget awesome VR games and VR porn, this video is the real reason to get a VR headset.
WHERE AM I? WHAT IS THIS?
BruceWillakers hell
You are in Springfield.

*Don't do drugs kids, you don't wanna go there.*
You will spend the rest of your eternity in hell, looking all over for steamed hams.
That video would probably bring any encoder out there to its knees...
This is the greatest thing since Halley's Comet collided with the moon.
the only youtube 360 thing that i'm actually enjoying
The universe is around 3.8 billion years old... yet, we came to live in an age where this is possible. We are all part of it. We get to witness this. I love this age.

Good I needed this. I have a Simpsons test next week
I have stared into the abyss and it stared back
This is what I’d imagine hell would be like. It already feels like a direct assault
on my vision.
So the sound of static is actually hundreds/thousands of voices and whatnot all mashed together? Wonder what those empty channels on TV were "saying" to us after all the "programs" had ended. Eerie stuff.
Watching them all end one by one feels like watching the stars burn out at the end of the universe.
and as the night falls upon us it devours the stars to let us watch them slowly die
I imagine this is what New York sounds like.
I just spent the last 48 hours straight restarting the video and watching every episode. Fuck piracy
Now I can say I've watched over 500 Simpsons episodes
enter THE PUNISHMENT SPHERE™
I looked straight down and for a moment I knew what hell was like.
Headache simulator (Gone sexual) (ALMOST DEAD) (Gone wrong in the hood)
Something about this is kind of hellish
nothing matters inside the simpsphere
This is how artificial intelligence will familiarize itself with our media...just 10,000s times more videos with the ability to pay attention to each individual video at the same time.

for some reason this damn near gave me a panic attack.
THE FUTURE IS NOW!
Is this what God wanted?
He doesn't mind too much.
Oh man, I really want to start a Simpsons marathon
You know, it actually sounds like Rapid water moving down a waterfall and hitting the river floor about 2 minutes in and on...
World Best Animation Ever

No friggin kidding!
haha. . honestly!
I'm trying to exit out of this video on mobile but every time I swipe it away, it just spins the video and now I'm truly convinced that this is a portal to hell.
I'm seein' double here! 1000 episodes!
Sounds like a busy shopping mall... Or arcade...
Imagine for a moment if there really was a God. How could he understand anything? It's just noise with just 500 videos. Imagine 8 Billion people? Now imagine for a moment what the world would sound like if you got all the sounds together like this video. I think something would explode.
It sounds like I'm in the center of a large metropolis
This video is frightening
Watching it with headphones on is like the audio version of the black hole from interstellar
This is my heaven
This is my hell
I'm dying
