1 year లోపు (short term capital gains లో) exit అయితే equity based ETFs మీద ఇప్పుడు 20% tax కట్టాలి.
1 year దాటితే (long term capital gains వస్తే), అన్ని equity investments మీద ఇప్పుడు (1 lakh - old tax regime, 1.25 lakh - new tax regime వరకూ exemption ఉంది) 12.5% tax పడుతుంది.

@@RK-wf7re If your total income is less than the taxable income in India, then you don't have to pay any tax.
E.g. per Old Tax Regime, if your total income (including STCG or LTCG) is less than 5 lakhs, you don't need to pay any tax. Similarly, for new tax regime, it is 7 lakhs based on the recent changes.

@@naveenkumar-iq2hw 200 రాను వచ్చు, 400 పోనూ వచ్చు. ఎవరూ ఖచ్చితంగా ఇంత move వస్తుందని చెప్పలేరు. ఒక వేళ Hold అని సుమన్ టీవీ చెప్పాక, price పడిపోతే? అప్పుడు కూడా తిడతారుగా?
Please try and learn the rules of trading. When you enter a trade with Entry price, target, SL, Averaging price etc. stick to the rules. Doesn't matter what happens to stock/ETF after you exit. Move to next trade. If you keep regretting on what is over already, you will never succeed in trading.
