The Princess of Wales handed her poppy to a cute little boy as she departed a mothers’ centre in west London. During her visit to the Colham Manor Children's Centre in Hillingdon, Kate praised the centre for its “amazing” service for mothers as she spoke to staff and parents.

The “just” is an emphasis, so in that sentence, just lovely.. is emphasising her loveliness. Like using the word very - another common word for emphasis. The “always” means all the time, so every time I see her - she is lovely. How… as these adjectives are used to describe people, it means I am describing her personality, her nature. Her calm, kind, compassionate, service-driven nature and describing that nature as lovely (defined above.)

It was her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II who said that she wanted Camilla to be known as Queen Consort. It is actually the title of that goes to the person who is married to the monarch. She still will be crowned but she is actually the Consort to the King same as the Queen Mother was actually the Consort to her husband but known as Queen. When the King dies it's William who will be King, Camilla will go on to be known as Queen Mother and Kate will be Queen Consort and then crowned Queen.
