Now although I decided to go with coco wax and wooden wicks lol I have always said God continues to bless your business because your HEART has always been in the right place and you extend so much kindness and guidance to others which is why your business is flourishing 💜 you’ve always been about community and I love that!! The wax blend comment is so spot on. I’ve been making candles since 2001 and the wax has changed so much throughout the years. Technically wax changes from batch to batch. Testing is such an important thing and it’s scary to know people just don’t do it. I still test every single batch.
Say less, never apologize for being your pure authentic self! The greedy don’t believe there is enough abundance for everyone. You are divinely guided & living in your purpose. We appreciate & value you so much! Thank you Erica.

I am proud of you for be an smart business person and have the charisma for run a business and be on TH-cam and understand that TH-cam is another way of making money and push your sells for the candles.
You know when I first started TH-cam I didn’t think about that, but honestly anyway that you put your business name out there is a form of marketing! I have definitely gotten both retail and wholesale clients because of my channel!
I’m not in business of candle making but one day hope to, but I’m constantly sharing my experiences. When I make a candle. Or wax melts that works great for me or my sisters I’ll share exactly what I have used and done. I know how hard and costly this venture is even as a hobby. Like I told Wade if it wasn’t for him I would have never started. But it’s my therapy and I love it. But we do need that feeling of creating a successful candle. So thank you for your honesty. Not just giving bits and pieces to make money on TH-cam.

I can watch your videos back to back (as I often do), use the same wax, wicks, vessels, same fo, and although my candle will smell good and my brand will be different, it's not or will never be a memory box candle!! We were given gifts to be fruitful and multiply! So grateful you're not blocking your blessings and passing on what God has given you. Only a hater would pose this question! Love this! You touched on a few points that I wish more people would see and understand. In so many groups people will ask where to sell and almost every time they'll get the "it's too saturated" comment and it drives me crazy. It's so discouraging for new sellers to see!
Also, I love that you touched on the fact that it's ok to not give out information and it's not ok to expect that. I also see so many people in groups saying "i want to make this, give me all your information" it's bold! The information is there if they're willing to do lots of research.
Yes! I truly truly think there are soo many unique untapped markets out there!
And yeah I understand wanting help as a new marker (and obviously encourage “veteran” makers to help!) but I know some people are just looking for everyone to give them step by step every single thing they should be doing when really we ended up learning the most when we research for ourselves and go through a little trial and error!
Keep doing you! I learn a lot by viewing and referring back to your videos. People will continue to support whomever they're comfortable with, so there's no threat there. God will continue to bless you and your business.

This is all so true ! One thing I’ve always said is you can give 2 people the exact same supplies to make a candle and 99% of the time they are going to be different, I also love to help , when genuinely asked , when demanded , I just say ya gotta test and test and test again 😅 but it’s true and as far as competition, too many people with too many different preferences. I really enjoyed this video and appreciate all you do to teach & help all of us , I got started right around when you did your first candle TH-cam video , and you have saved me many nervous breakdowns 🤣 Thank you for that 😅

I love you sharing the info on how to make candles. It really helped me make my own candles, and make them a mild enough scent that I can enjoy them.
I’ll probably never sell candles as a business, because mild scented candles is a pretty small market.
You would be surprised that you could probably find a market for mild/light scented candles!
A few of our candles are more lightly scented (compared to our other ones) and I’ve had a lot of people (particularly other people) who appreciate that they aren’t overwhelming.
On Facebook people give blend recipes and that doesn’t mean that blend will work for other.. sharing blend recipes is not big deal .. have learned from you a lot and appreciate your time and help.
I have to be careful on TH-cam though because if I share exact blends people will just copy exactly that and Not do their own testing 😫
I really appreciate your attitude towards people talking about you giving out information and people may take away your customer base but you got a realize to it’s 50 states in the United States and then plus all the other surrounding places so I live in Georgia and you live where you live inI know the people I know you know the people you know so I can’t take away your business no more than you can take away mine so you know I think that’s silly for people to say that but I really appreciate you and thank you for sharing all you can because I’m new to the business and I want to get started hasn’t got started yet but I got some of the material and I need to finish buying some material so that I can get started to but I want to thank you again, and again, and again

I want to say Thank You! I saw your videos about a year ago on Instagram and came with the idea to start my own business, but due to divorce wasn't able to really focus on it until the last month. Have been binge watching a lot of your videos and am so so grateful for how generous you are with all your info. I believe the same as you, there are so many people in this world and so many potential clients that the risk by sharing your knowledge is low. Although I completely do understand some people not wanting to share certain formulas etc if it took them so much time to find the best ones for them. I am starting my business in Cabo, Mexico (in case you ever want to come visit) as there really aren't any quality candle businesses here, yet with it being a huge wedding destination amongst other things, making it a great option. I have take so many notes from your videos, and like you say use it as a starting point and go from there and make my own designs, blends etc, Just wanted to again say thank you!!! No sense in not laying it all out there since you are a good teacher Because There is so much info on YT nowadays that "competition" is gonna learn it all anyway. At least they will learn it better from you. You just keep being your authentic sharing giving self.

Thanks for the many videos! I have a business question. You’ve said before that you use Liberty Mutual for insurance, if I remember correctly. Was there a reason you went there versus any of the “artistic” or craft based insurances? Thanks again for the content!
I think I just felt more comfortable going with a company that I had heard before! No real reason not to go with the other companies though :)
You can lead a horse to water but you can’t them drink. Information doesn’t make people successful. They have to make themselves successful. It’s just a blueprint not a recipe for success.

To me, you candle maker youtubers, just are marketing the " making candle buisiness" and all the related product.
The Candle business is about to reach a multi Billion Dollar industry in the next 2-3 yrs so that goes to show that the abundance source have for us beings is Endless ✨ I'm very close to cracking the Candle Wick dilemma everyone has I call it my bible and it's foolproof advice so I don't blame you protecting your wax blend
