Will there be any organic rice brand with less arsenic content ?
Not sure andi, search cheyadame... but some countries rice as such low in arsenic. So, buying rice from the corresponding countries is a safe bet 🙌

Thats the only way I cook my rice. I dont like starchy feeling when cooked in rice cookers or pressure cookers. Less calories as well. And you are right about Arsenic. USA grown is low in Arsenic and India is high. Draw back on losing vitamins is not significant if you can compensate by incorporating Vit B especially by alternative sources
