This reading sounds like I'm talking to myself, it's funny when you mentioned the lower legs, I always sleep with my right leg over the left, and what I started my meditation for some reason I switched and I couldn't believe how different it felt and It took longer to get comfortable and relaxed, after a while I completely forgot about it, and it made realize how the littlest things if you allow it can really hinder you, ,thank you 🙏👁️😇❤️👍

After reading your comment, I have to share with you that I did the same thing for many years and I'm still working on behaving differently in that regard. I (and maybe you also) know this a pattern in my maternal line and that i am here to break that pattern. I stood up for myself with my husband a couple months ago (I was shaking and my heart was pounding) and it was transformative. It was only a short sentence that I said, but it took him aback and he reacted better than I expected. I was ready, though. I didn't care how he reacted (even though i still felt scared). Like you, I know it's time to live my life the way I want to. Sounds so simple probably to most people....just do what you want...it's your life...but some of us don't realize until we do, that we weren't living the way we truly wanted to. Im determined to break this cycle and not go back to the past. I wish you all the strength and determination to do what it is you want to do with your life. Best wishes!! 🤗 🩷✨️🩵

Just had to get rid of the toxic 'twin flame' and thank God I did that over a year ago. Life is so much better with him gone 😊 he was dead weight and I was miserable with him in my energy. So glad he's gone once and for all. What a waste of time and space he is. My intuition has always been on point and I always follow it.
