in question no. 20 the answer should be (s+4)(s^2+4s+5)-2s right? because the question is to find the characteristic equation of open loop TF . so to convert from closed loop TF to open loop TF, numerator value should be subtracted in denominator right? pls reply sir. its my doubt?
