PeKoyo have some unique, but explosive chemistry. One would think the "brains" of Hololive would have the upper deck on Pekora schemes, but their interactions always ends up similar to Yzma and Kronk from Emperors New Groove
This goes actually a level deeper 'cause Epsilon is a Greek word 😂...... it's actually the fifth letter of the Greek alphabet. Along with Gamma being the 3rd.
Spoiler : In one anime type twist, the quizzes started getting so hard they had to unite their remaining brain-cells in order to solve it. So the real intelligence were the friends we made along the way. I'm not joking, that really happened
@@ThunderHam genuine question, why is merely changing the alphabet for it suddenly make it not Greek? because I know that in the Greek spelling it's still pronounced as "epsilon"
@@lemon41de Because if "epsilon" isn't English, then how would you translate "έψιλον"? You can't because it's something we don't have a word for. An example of something commonly used by English speakers that isn't English is "encore". You probably know it's a French word, but it can be translated to "again". There is no such translation for "έψιλον", so the translation would be to just put it in English letters. This was a long way of saying it's a loan word. "Computer" is the most classic example of a word pronounced basically the same in many different languages because those languages don't have a proper translation.
@@ThunderHam No, it's Greek because that's the language it's from. It cannot be translated into English, but that's irrelevant - translation is eternally imperfect.
@@ThunderHam but if there's no direct translation, then you wouldn't be able to call it English then? Like in Tagalog, "Computer" is called "kompyuter" but we wouldn't call it Tagalog all of a sudden just because it's a loan word and we still consider it an English word
We already have ID member that are proficient in JP (Anya, Reine, Ollie, Zeta), we already have EN members that are proficient in JP (Kiara, Calli, Ina, Bae, Irys, Biboo, FuwaMoco) when will we have JP members that are native level in ID/EN? lol.
Not native level, but Haachama, Lui and Ririka can hold a conversation in English. And Kanade has the best English pronunciation, although it's hard to judge her grammar and vocab yet because she hasn't spoken much.

i still love how Nenechi calls Pekora as 'Peko-chan Senpai' 😆
when ur coworker is younger than you but work there longer.
Don do Don Don Don.
Idk if this actually happened but Nene called Aqua “Ateshi Senpai” when she was opening Hololive cards and I can’t find the video clip
I want Miko to read those stage names now.
K-on vibe
Nene calling her "Pekochan-senpai" is interesting. I like Matsuri bopping to Pekora's greeting
That ending, all of them melt their brain trying to read Quarternary.
Thats a very specific term
I think it was damn adorable
I dont blame them, I've never even seen that word in my life
Well, considering that you're spelling it wrong, I think they can be given a free pass over it.
@@kenesys8713Incredible that you haven’t I must say

@@sansnom5269 Just two intellectuals having a gas together XD
Koyori: "I'm glad there's at least someone who understands how far we need to take things in the name of science"
Pekora: "Science?"
The Pinky and the Brain
but... but... koyori didn't pick up pekora's memo!!! *rust final battle
Never miss a chance to roast Pekora because she isn't gonna miss a chance to roast you either.
Savage wife Nenechi
Nene is secret member of Shadow Garden, of course she is familiar with the words
Sasuga genius entomologist wife Nenechi...! She knows a lot of hard words. Lol.
She's familiar with hard things thanks to all her husbands 😏
My guess nene know how to say the words cuz she warch the eminence in shadow
Or secretly using pocketalk device to teach herself the pronunciation haha
ikr.
Nene also in the game
Nene is in the Eminence in shadow mobile game. I got her. She's a great unit
Peko's fluffy scarf with her sad expression gets me chuckle everytime.
This English words reading could become a great content with Nene roasting perhaps both Pekora and Miko lol
If miko was there everyone would roast only miko with her elite level english that's in a whole different level to the others.
Just add Fubuki to the people roasting them and it's perfect
@@rodrigochayamiti9198i still remember the hide and take lol 😅
Out of the gate, Nene goes straight for the throat
Nene flexing her name spelling skill thanks to Eminence in Shadow lol
Even I'd have trouble reading Quarternary
quarter nary
Kwa-ter-nary
Quarter + nary, but yes, it does look awkward at a glance
And spelling it🤣
haha "peko-chan-senpai" nenechi is so fun
i’m atomic! -shadow
Nene had the advantage anyway playing eminence in shadow rpg and her Collab in it
This goes actually a level deeper 'cause Epsilon is a Greek word 😂...... it's actually the fifth letter of the Greek alphabet. Along with Gamma being the 3rd.
But they're trying to use the English pronunciations if the words too.

Nene with glasses is so cute.

That last R roll was positively majestic tho
Alpha,Beta,delta,gamma,epsilon,eta,SHADOW GARDEN
i love Pekora's rolled r's so much lmao
I blame English not having a single letter for "ps".
Let's forget about the game, for Pekora pronouncing the names is already a challenge.
Sasuga wife, she has been learning a lot from kaigai husbands! She's showing off her english skill! xD
1:44 in that moment, everyone lost a brain cell XD
Just remember the wafus in shadow garden
I don't blame her even I can't read some of those
"Be one with Yuri, peko"
In Pekora's defense, they're all Greek to me. :P

Still better then Miko's hide (hi-de), take (ta-ke)
*Uber nerd voice* UUUUMM, ACTUALLY, EPSILON ISN'T ENGLISH IT'S GREEK. THANK YOU.
Well, that's why you're a fake nerd. "Epsilon" is English because the Greek word is "έψιλον".
It reminds me of Overlord.
To be fair, epsilon and gamma are Greek words. Well, letters technically speaking, but still.
Aren't those (not counting quaternary) technically Greek words for their letters, but spelled in English?
They're trying to pronounce it the English way, and they are English words as well.
They are spelled in Latin form.
Hahaha

Tbf that is Greek not English

isn't epsilon greek?
