In the spirit of helping, as a product reviewer, there is a temptation to like everything and to like most of the features of every product we test, because, at tax time, they cost around fifty-percent of market-value, or we can donate them and write them off entirely. That breeds a positive feeling within the reviewer, and we have an obligation to overcome that natural tendency toward liking everything we got for free or just under half-off. I noticed, in watching a few of your videos on carpet cleaners, that you don't seem to notice difference in performance in stain-removal, liking everything and feeling that everything did a pretty good job. You do an excellent job of spelling out differences between products, which is very much in the nature of doing a product guide video, but you don't ever reach the review stage in most of your videos, where you label flaws and alert consumers to what is missing from the product you are testing and what truly won't work under certain circumstances. I always assume that everyone is well-meaning, like we all try to be. As a review-writer, not a video-reviewer or blogger, I have met quite a few who suffer from this tendency to be overly positive while limiting criticisms of units, and I am writing this because I believe you have genuine potential to do a truly wonderful job of testing products, if you can move yourself into a space of including honest critique. Several models you tested in other videos are known to have poor suction and the institution I work for has tested a few of those, but your reviews say they do a good job, which is what they say about every carpet cleaner you tested. They truly do not all do a good job. Some do an average job, nothing to write home about, and some are genuinely lackluster and even dangerous to use, given how much moisture they leave in carpet. I wish you luck and I truly hope to see you open yourself to criticizing what is wrong in the items you test while also calling out what needs improvement while continuing to speak of what impresses you. this is really well written and thanks for the input. I used to call items out as being bad and I did not like them, but I would get a comment from someone who said that very feature that I did not like they love. I thought about that and I started not to be too critical of the way certain items work thinking that maybe just what someone like about it and I would not know that. so i tend to just explain the product. now that is not always the case, if I have enough proof and that takes alot for me, I will call out a product, I have been very critical of Shark robot vacuums and the new Roomba robots, I felt I had enough information and that the products are really lacking to call them out. I did several videos on them calling them out. I come from a place of showing people how products works and trying to make it the best for them. they may have already bought it and can not take it back so they need to know how to use it best. I tend to keep most of my opinion till the end of the video and I keep it short unless it truly is a bad product. Calling a product bad based on me using it I just don't feel I use enough science to do that to back it up. I come from a place of everyday use and what if someone has this and its the only thing they have and they need to make it work, Thanks for your comments they really made me think!!! at first I was not wanting to read it, but I have to remind myself that some of my biggest improvements I have made on my channel have been from honest feedback like this. while not always fun to read at first they usually are the biggest help in the long run!!! thanks again! and we will see where this goes!!!

You demonstrate the products such that I can see the them clearly and how they operate. Your explanations are spot on. Thanks for your work. I just bought the Dirt Devil FD13000 through your link. I had already checked Consumer Reports and another independent reviewer so went to you for some validation and to see it in use. Keep up the good work. Maybe think about a Pro/Con list at the end of each video. All the best!
I just wanted to update you on the Bissell Hydosteam HydroRinse Self-Cleaning hose tool. I contacted bissell and was told that this accessory will not be included. It listed in the website for $17 and is currently out of stock until early February. I complained that even. though it's needed to do a through cleaning of the hose, Bissell won't include it. I said they include it with cheaper models but not their high end portable unit. The rep told me that the Canadian models do include it. I was very disappointed the company elected not to include it. Shame on Bissell for doing that.

Which one of these would be Great to clean car seats 🤔?
Any of them, they all are basically the same concept just each one has different features. I have the Hoover Onepwr Cleanslate and it works great in the car.
The Kenmore is nice, but my son used the bissell BISSELL SpotClean Pet Pro Portable Carpet Cleaner, 2458 for his used car dealership and loves it.
I bought the Hoover clean slate one and used it on a work truck that had oil stains on the back seat. Worked perfectly (loved the wider nozzle). I also used a drill brush and Chemical guys lightning fast to pre treat. Can’t go wrong with this process
Please help. Ive looked at all yojr videos. I need to buy a one and have no idea which one. I need the most powerful suction. I have animals so I really need a good one to use. Please help which one do you recommend. Right now Im leaning towards the shark stain one and the kenmore one. Which one do think is the best cleaner of those 2. Thanks again

What the heck is this. You didnt tell us which is best and why. You liked them all and outside of kinda liking one of the most you completely failed to provide the best and why it's the best. You sorta rambled something about all of them. Maybe tell us in the comments at least? Feel like I just wasted 10 minutes of my life and I'm actually further from knowing which cleaner I'd like to buy than I was before the video started. Have some backbone and pick an actual winner. Maybe have categories, i.e. "Best suction", "Best cleaning", "Best budget cleaner", "most features". Even after watching the entire thing I can't even tell which one cleans the best. Why would you do a competition and not actually compare them to each other directly, as in real head to head tests. Damn, super frustrating.
