cheeky is kind of a cultish, sentient rock. he is a symbol of another cult member (which i forgot the name of but i believe his name was goldity) that is a japanese/latin cult that has their own ideals. albert (more famously known as mr. flimflam) had some involvement in it. the pillars in "bedrock" actually have his face on it since he is the (sort-of) leader. other rocks are there, which are other cult members. his plan was to act kind to you, then persuade you to jump in a painting portal where you would be condemned to torture for eternity.
