Africa and South East Asia biggest issues don't come from climate change, they come from overpopulation and fight over diminishing resources... EU/China can cope with climate change, but they biggest issue will by aging population. USA/Canada/Mexico will survive just fine. You need adopt new agriculture technologies from places like Israel and nuclear and green energy like US/EU. You need this transition for efficiency and sustain growth for decades.
India will simply refuse to invest in green technology and renewable energy. India's energy needs will keep rising and India will continue to invest in coal and oil.

The developed countries built their economies by utilizing cheap fuels and inexpensive transportation long before India and other developing nations. Now that they have reached stability, they are blocking developing countries from using affordable fuels to drive industrialization by citing concerns about climate change 🌍. This approach hinders the growth of developing countries 💡. It would be fair for developed nations to transition entirely to renewable, eco-friendly energy sources 🌱, thereby creating space for developing countries to strengthen their economies until they are able to adopt sustainable practices as well 🌞.

India should opt out of paris deal ...
Yes it should. The UN is nothing but a sham anyway, it has no power and no teeth and has no reason to exist in its current form.
Excellent idea, we will keep the money and not give them more handouts
