But still I will keep asking you for I see a ray of hope in you since you are a meditation coach. I am about three weeks old in PMMS family and have been trying the meditation as has been told in you tube videos. But sorry to say that although I do meditation for more than one hour but I get no experience at all and it discourages me a lot. I leave this feeling and keep doing the meditation. Now sir would you suggest something to keep me going for getting deeper into spirituality. Hope you do not ignore it and respond to my query. I will be highly obliged to you for whole of my life. Thanks. Also which crytal should be used for meditation. Today I found one meditation card board cap in a PMC and I wish to use some crystal for meditation, the one you suggest. Thank you with gratitudes.
