    So realistic and informative video.. Everything sounds so logical..how body.. Mind.. Soul are linked with each other.. and how one affects the others..like how hunger of body was affecting the mind..U have explained a very effective and workable spiritual technique to deal with this monkey mind.. Let all types of emotions come be it anger.. Sadness.. Happiness.. Guilty.. Anything.. and watch them with courage..after a while they loose their power and u become the master ..I have found this technique so effective during meditation.. It is bringing me closer to who I am actually.. Thanks so much Sir.. U have showed me the path to attain self realization..kudos to ur courage and fighting spirit..👍

      I used Himalyan ashwagandha myself as preferred by sir, and yes you can do meditation for more than 10 minutes. It's minimum time would be 10 minutes and maximum is up to you.
      And don't worry at all, do it regularly, you will be fine 100 percent.

    3 day water fast ke baad parathe, chai, lassi, makhane to jeher hai thats why kheera tamatar ache lage aapko, me month me 1 baar krta hu 3 day water fast aur 4th day morning me kuch light liquid leta hu afternoon me fruits and raat ko phir daliya vgrh uske baad 5th day rotiyo par aata hu, aapko parathe khake ulti nhi hui yhi bhut badi baad hai, be careful next time
