Brilliant movie, brilliant acting, shows the banality of everyday people and how they can be absolutely despicable and evil but are performing their lives as nothing is different from the average person.
Rudolph Höss as a character is in every film and tv depicting Auswitz’s or been mentioning along with the gas chambers. Rudolph in Zone is the softest version and relatable
Funnily enough, zone of interest is actually a good film to make this point. Despite being historical, it feels very present tense. I'm sure it will make many people feel uncomfortable about their own complicity in what's happening right now.
@@freem8son86 exactly this movie calls out the people partying in Tel Aviv just as much as it does the nazis. If any zionist claims this movie as a way to justify what their actions then they did not understand the movie at all

after watching this film, now I want a cinematic universe of Rudolph Hösss.

uhm let's not.
He is my new crush. It's sad that this happened when he was dressed as a Nazi. It was good hair, though.
When are we going to get a movie about the Jews living peacefully while children in Gaza are being slaughtered next door? Too soon?
Go away.
So true!! The genocide of Palestinians over so many decades is incredibly horrific. A film like this would work very well in many ways.

"Jews" living peacefully" i don´t really think so.
