Any pointers for a drift build?
IRL... toe-in forces the car to drive straight Vs toe-out makes the car twitchy. EX #1 for the front, if you're steering is slow and sluggish you toe it out. #2 if the front end is steering too fast you toe it in. #3 also for the rear you almost always run toe-in (around -.5), if not the rear tries to steer the car around on you.
also, it's usually good to have at least -.5 camber if not the tire will roll and not be flat in turns (lower contact patch in turns). if you can adjust the caster you can run zero in the front but still usually -.5 camber is still a good place to start.

Been watching this series as of lately and I'm absolutely loving it I have to give mad props to the developer of this game he obviously knows a fair deal about cars and it seems like motorcycles as well because that is obviously a motorcycle motor on the buggy and he must have a thing for beamers too LOL. But being a fellow gearhead and seeing how he went about some of the stuff is pretty spot on including the fact that even though you're not using wheel lugs for the wheel I do know that some of the BMWs actually use wheel bolts so good eye dev. Really loving this game

Toe-in: better straight-line handling. (Positive toe)
Toe-out: better corner handling. (Negative toe)
If your drag racing, toe in slightly for better control.
Welded differential works best for drifting. It locks up the slipping mechanism that allows the wheel on the inside of the corner to turn at a different rate then the one on the outside of corner. Thus letting the car break traction and slide much more easily.
Does this apply for the front or rear wheels
Coming from a car guy. Toe is basically the in or out position of the tire. Negative toe is where the tires are pointed in and vise versa. Toe effects steering too. Increased toe will help with less oversteer, but too much will cause understeer. So yea that's toe.

Camodo in drifting the rear should have no camber and the front should have quite a bit as it helps in turning! Tho it’s also some games the camber doesn’t effect anything it just looks cool

A welded diff basically makes both the rear wheels turn at the same ratio so when drifting it will push your car with both the rear wheels giving more control vs a open or lsd diff

Put your toe at about 0.20 in.
It should make the car more controllable and stable, while also increasing your rotation of your car during a turn.
Slight toe in= Meaning more traction and speed around a track.
You got to give Jeff Fav some pointers.
Also, after the car you should definitely mess with the truck a little

Toe alignment ;
- Front at -0.50
- Back at -0.50
Camber alignment ;
- Front at -7 to -10
- Back at -3 to -5
Now if you can adjust the caster :
Caster alignment ;
- only in front at 2 to 5
Rear toe out (front of the tyre out further like \ / so, gives you better straight line stability. Front toe out means more steering angle. Toe in / \ like so, on the front gives less responsive steering, and able to be smoother.

don't make the camber 0 degrees unless your going drag racing, for races with lots of corners, make the front camber 2.5 degrees, in the rear go for 1.5

A toe in alignment of the wheels can help to reduce over steer problems and can increase stability in vehicles that have front-wheel drives. Alternately, a toe out alignment can help to mitigate issues related to under steering and can improve the handling on a vehicle that has a rear-wheel drive.

One of the biggest things your ride height can impact is the center of gravity on your vehicle. The center of gravity is what determines a lot of your vehicle's performance, especially when you're turning and going around corners. The higher your ride height, the higher your center of gravity is likely to be. A higher ride height and ground clearance means that the wheels have more vertical room to travel and absorb road shocks. Also, the car is more capable of being driven on roads that are not level, without the scraping against surface obstacles and possibly damaging the chassis and underbody. A differential works with the transmission to deliver power from the engine to the axle that turns the wheels. It also helps your vehicle turn properly. In order for your vehicle to turn, the outside wheels must turn faster than the inside wheels. The anti-roll bar works to resist roll, as its name suggests. But it has one other super-important role - it acts as a second spring to add spring stiffness at the tire, but only in cornering. In racing, we want stiff springs that will help us maintain maximum grip at the tire contact patch for cornering. For a normal car you typically want to maintain a slight amount of negative camber (0.5 - 1°) to have a good balance of cornering grip, braking grip, and tire wear. On most vehicles it's common to have slightly more negative camber (0.8 - 1.3°) in the rear to reduce the chances of oversteer (loss of grip in rear). Idk about the game, but IRL, Front Camber can help the front tires maintain grip when cornering. Rear Camber reduces the amount rubber that connects to the pavement, making it easier to slide the tires. Both should be adjusted in very small amounts.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Camodo stalled the vehicle teleportation mod
Adjusting the toe usually increases traction and grip same thing with camber that's simple terms but there are consequences to going too far mostly in tire wear
I'll say it in simple terms when you see a guy blow out a tire in NASCAR usually and they haven't touched the wall it usually has to do with too much camber or at least it used to be
He did say that the mod allows him to skip time, teleport cars, and get inf. Money.

The toe of the car is basically where the tires point when the steering wheel is straight I forget if in and out I think in is right and out is left if that makes sense and I run 10 in the front and 5 in the back

The welded diff is good for drifting and drag racing, as it makes both the rear wheels spin at the same time. When drifting, that means both wheels break traction at the same time and allow it to slide. When drag racing, it means both wheels deliver the same amount of power to the ground and allows you to take off better.
