20:43 on default settings, bodies take about an in game week to despawn. And apparently player corpses don't de spawn unless a specific option is turned on. So yeah. In that case the shotgun to the chest did not do the job.
Maybe this comment came a bit late but zombie corpses do not de-spawn, or at least, not that fast in project zomboid. Decay over time does happen but the time it took between him getting repeatedly killed and the zombie dying would not de-spawn its corpse. So no the shotgun blasts didn't kill it (probably because it had armor on?) and it just joined the horde to be lost forever.
16:12 nah. In Zomboid cats can plow through a bunch of zombies. Like 3...5 maybe. Running into a wall of zombies on the other hand is literally like running into a wall. And you are not going to have much of a car left after that stunt.
wow the weapons part made me laugh, shovel... hell no, sledge.. hell fkin no.. frying pan... ok now his clearly lost his mind. best 3 weapons for combat are, katana, crowbar and hunting knife. anything else is a stop gap until you find one of those.

He didn’t kill the zombie, he knocked it down. After he died, it got back up and wandered off.
Bruhhh i cannot recommend zomboid enough, the immersion potential is insane, especially with mods.

I go by the Top 3 of Crowbar, Crowbar and Crowbar.
It didn't kill him. Corpses take about 2 weeks game time to despawn
yeah the zombies are also notoriously hard to kill with guns if your aim is SLIGHTLY off
