Do you know if this glitch works with a controller?
Should do, not sure if the control stick and the d-pad are considered separate methods of input like the directional arrows and mouse are, but if they are not, then the hold down/spam up should work. Not really sure which glitch you're referring to though

The movement is funny like it's teabagging lol
for some reason if you hold down and spam up it has the same effect as spamming both, so i hold down s with my left hand and spam up with my right - no macros

Just to let you know, this you probably beat the hops high score because the dots appeared less than your jumps, meaning that you both surpassed the dots and the hops high score
did you even watch the video... the dots arent the main source of points. Furthermore the original high score category requires you to be playing on a character where the original scoring method is used, otherwise you could simply avoid gaining points and the speed of cars would not increase as the points would remain the same. Unless you mean literall number of movements, in which case that category does not exist
