It's 2022 and Magento looking at Galactus like "COME AT ME BRO" is STILL one of the most rawest scenes in this entire cinematic. That, Wesker fighting Phoenix and Dante fighting Ghost Rider have always been my favorites.

I just realized something about Magneto's scene. He was played in the movies by Ian McKellen, who's also Gandalf. Now imagine Gandalf's "You shall not pass" line being spoken by Magneto at around 5:13 and realize how well it fits.

Even now days, im still burst in tears looking at this, it really looks like a comic and a videogame, its magical how they find a way to make secuences where you may feel that your favorite character is battling against someone that maybe is not evil, but also it equals they power, and think that he maybe can't fight back or that maybe could die, its fantastic.

It’s crazy to think that this game officially celebrates its 10th anniversary today. One of the few fighting games that I’ve spent more than 100 hours on. The 50 character roster and gameplay got me playing the game over and over again and dare I say I think this game is slightly better than Marvel vs Capcom 2. Thank you for 10 years of this wonderful fighting game and one of my top 5 all time favorites in the genre

Magneto in space is very powerful. Even powerful enough to hold his own against the Phoenix, but he's not beating Galactus head on. Truth of the matter is, it would probably take the entire game lineup (including Phoenix, Doom & Thor) to beat a hungry Galactus.

Vergil's slashes will go flesh deep and bounce of Wolverine's skeleton. Vergil's best bet is getting a carbonadium sword, hence the Immortal Ender which he stole from Wolverine in his ending. Vergil got lucky. Not an easy win. You make it sound like cake, but the whole place was cut up in Vergil's ending. Wolverine put up a good fight.

Jean Grey can (she fully merged with it to be one and the same meaning Jean is the force and the force is Jean, known as White Phoenix of the Crown, she commands the full Phoenix force), The Living Tribunal, can too...there are quite a few beings superior to the Phoenix Force....though none appear in this game...
They didn't even put it in the original release. It sucks both ways. It's like "Why not?" Aside from its length, it was great. I also wish they would have made it possible to watch the original 4 trailers for vanilla MVC3 but they didn't put those in either.
I like the style this is going for, with everyone frozen in the midst of an unbelievably epic battle, but after five full minutes of it it feels like you're waiting for something to happen that isn't coming.
My personal favorite in this opening. Is Chun-Li vs Iron Fist. That really should have been a statue figure to collect. I love how both perfectly fit the music in this opening. It leaves up the Title!

Even though the trailers for this game were completely false, I still freaking loved them. Marvel and Capcom characters interacting with one another was just outstanding. I own this game and I love it. I think its better then number two. Is the game flawed? Sure, but not enough to make it a bad game. Heck, I got most of my inspiration for my fanfic story ideas from this game, and it was popular to many fanfic readers. People may not like or even hate this game, but I think its for silly, pointless or demanding reasons. Whether people say otherwise, I still think this game was worth the ten year wait. And with the work they put on this game, I do hope for Marvel vs Capcom 4 in next gen consoles.

As far as Hsien-Ko vs Tasky goes, as a Darkstalkers expert, I can assure you Hsien-Ko's abilities are almost entirely supernatural, which means Tasky could never hope to imitate them. Also remember that at full strength, Morrigan is capable of taking out creatures like Pyron, who's basically Capcom's Galactus.
Out of all the sequences , I have to pick Chun-li vs Iron Fist, its soo cool! feels like burst of water from some sort of bubble gum XD( i dont know why i think that). Dont get me wrong, I love the whole thing, but that part stuck on me the most..and Chris, and the music part with Taskmaster vs Hsien-ko, and the part with Arthur vs Dr.Doom XD . I like the style this is going for, with everyone frozen in the midst of an unbelievably epic battle, but after five full minutes of it it feels like you're waiting for something to happen that isn't coming.
It was all building up to Magneto protecting everyone and the reveal of Galactus.

What makes it all even better is realizing he's protecting all the other characters single-handedly.
My personal favorite in this opening. Is Chun-Li vs Iron Fist. That really should have been a statue figure to collect. I love how both perfectly fit the music in this opening. It leaves up the Title!

Even though the trailers for this game were completely false, I still freaking loved them. Marvel and Capcom characters interacting with one another was just outstanding. I own this game and I love it. I think its better then number two. Is the game flawed? Sure, but not enough to make it a bad game. Heck, I got most of my inspiration for my fanfic story ideas from this game, and it was popular to many fanfic readers. People may not like or even hate this game, but I think its for silly, pointless or demanding reasons. Whether people say otherwise, I still think this game was worth the ten year wait. And with the work they put on this game, I do hope for Marvel vs Capcom 4 in next gen consoles.

MvC3 started development in 2008, and Rocket was always meant to be part of the roster as DLC before they decided to make UMvC3 its own game.

Also, maybe if you want to start getting all snarky over who understood his potential sooner as though it's a contest or some shit, you should realize Capcom only did what Marvel dictated with the character at the time, which was pretty much just how the comics and then-upcoming cartoons depicted him, and they were essentially told by Marvel who to use for the Marvel side of the cast, so it's not like Ryota Niitsuma looked at Rocket and went "Holy shit, Marvel execs, I MUST put this obscure, seemingly random raccoon character in the game, I can just *feel* that he'll be a huge deal in a few years!"

As far as Hsien-Ko vs Tasky goes, as a Darkstalkers expert, I can assure you Hsien-Ko's abilities are almost entirely supernatural, which means Tasky could never hope to imitate them.
Also remember that at full strength, Morrigan is capable of taking out creatures like Pyron, who's basically Capcom's Galactus.
