I love her stories. She is really funny and down-to-earth, and has a sense of humour about herself.
I also love the story that Kathy Griffin told about meeting her at the concert and having pictures taken and asking Celine to sign a ton of stuff, which she did. And, Kathy had nothing but glowing things to say about her and made fun of herself for being so awkward. Oh, and Celine told Kathy something like, I know you, so I don't trust you. lol I'll have to go back and listen to that one.

She is so precious, her memories of flipping the plate over, she is so grounded, I’d love to talk to her once if that was possible, she’s a youngin’ (three years younger than me).
Oh my goodness! When I was little growing up in Malone, NY...which is like 10 minutes from the Canadian border... we also would flip our plate over!! I was amazed to hear her say that! Back then, very few folks were well off, especially those with big families. And when you could afford a TV .... that was a BIG deal..Thus, the reason for lots of kids...nothing else to do through those long cold Winters...😅😅😅 I remember watching Canadian TV shows. The wrestling, hockey, entertainment shows. Tómmy Commons show. Mostly Canadian singers. Oh and a French children's show..Peppineau. And the bear on there that just said MUNUMMUNUM. My parents would speak in French now and then. Never understood them...lol I know certain words but that's it. GREAT memories.
