These cosmetics cannot be purchased with regular white candles. To buy 'em, you need seasonal candles (orange-coloured) you get by completing daily quests.
Hi! As the video creator said before, to buy them you'll need seasonal candles. Those items are currently not avaiable yet tho! They will come for a limited time (only during that season) in the future and, maybe, eventually, come back. If they will come back, you will be able to buy them with white candles. Hope i helped!
