I'm very curious to see how these videos will be viewed 20-30 years from now. Maybe something like Lyle Saxon's videos of the early 90s. Though he really cut up the footage to the point where his videos are rather difficult to watch. Since this seems to be the only channel I've come across with such long videos of basically pure uninterrupted high quality documentation, these videos may end up having some serious historical value in the future.
Interesting comment. My quick answer would be: "It's hard to say since society in general is changing so rapidly." Japan is a special case, though. For one thing, the breakdown of the population in Japan is so different from other countries with so many senior citizens over 60 y/o, few younger people, and one of the lowest birthrates in the world, it is predicted that in 50 years the country may look nothing like today, and this is likely to have an impact of the look of cities, etc. Add to that Japan's obsession with technology and the fast rate at which old, traditional buildings are being replaced by bland western looking ones adds to a strange mix which you can already see especially as one drives around the country's main island.
Surprising how much the town looks like a standard nordic town, with the exception of few traditional japanese style houses and the tourist attraction. And the mess of wires on top of traffic.
Rambalac - Thank you so much! Your vids offer a constant stream of serendipitous experiences in addition to the featured attraction; 1:03:53 a red Lexus LC500 ($100k+ in the U.S.) and a few seconds later a similarly rare silver BMW, both parked outdoors.
Живописный, курортный городок с японской душой, особенно его старая часть. Чудесная прогулка, спасибо. Важно: у Вас такие продолжительные пешие видео-прогулки, что бегать по лестницам - это несколько опрометчиво, берегите себя!
this is so unbelievable satisfying to watch and I dont know why. Ive always wanted to visit japan and your videos are the closest thing to visiting japan than actually visiting japan and I love it
Mannn I really like this! As much as I appreciate stylish and edited travel videos, they kind of give a false impression. Like something that can only be experienced in a movie or show. This just feels so much more authentic! Like I'm really there walking around taking in the scenery. I wish more videos were like this.
So amazing! The uniquely Japanese combination of topography and architecture is so inspiring for me. Thank you very much . Will start watching all over again now .
_Тёплый и красивый город. В диком восторге и уважении к тому как японцы способны в благоустройство каждого клочка земли, градостроительство и таким образом чтобы красота и богатство природы были доступны всем! ARIGATO!_
thank you for making this videos!! even though I haven't had the opportunity to go to Japan, I feel like I did. When I watch your videos I feel even closer to this beautiful places!!
Your walking around Japan videos are the best! I don't like those intrusive faces and too much talking. I enjoy your walking video so much! The natural ambient sound also gives lots of stroies. You are showing the real beauty of the place. Thanks for your great videos and looking forward to watching more!
Very interesting town. Great people watching walk. Loved the wave from the friendly woman and the remarks from the man at the shrine. There is twoen in the next state where my parents lived called Hot Springs, Arkansas. Lots of hills, also. Very tourist oriented. Great walk -Thanks
Thank you! So interesting! I got this place recommended on YT live stream and I didn't know where or what it was, now thanks to you, I know! Great!!!👍👍👍😘🐾🐾
This is almost like a Theme Park. Exept instead of Theme Park attractions its Bath Houses, Bath Huts, Bath supply shops and even more Baths and Hot Water. Besides the many other Shops going for a Healthy Body & Mind kind of stuffs ... and Beauty ofcause. And did i already mention Hot Water?
Thank you so much @Rambalac , once again. There is only one minor issue in all your super videos :) We do not have the weather and temperature information :) But...as it can be easily argued it can not be less then 35c 80% humidity :D lol
I love seeing people, places, and things (to explain "things" vending machines and such like). I don't want to be misunderstood. Your video was great and thank you for efforts - awesome.

I would love to make a request if you could tour the Koi fish Village, where there are narrow grated streams seen along the sidewalks with swimming Koi? As a follow-up to the beauty of water ways there.
@@Rambalac I'm making a large breakfast, sorry about the slow reply.I will have to look it up on my video viewing history to know the name of that location, I will soon look that up and reply. Thank you always for your response.

Hi @Rambalac! Please don't walk the stairs so fast! You could trip!!!! Be careful :3 and yes, your laugh is wholesome, i like very much. 😃😄 The place is so good for relaxing... there isn't much people around. I don't like crowded places. 😅😸
Okay so I'm beside myself and must be honest right now, all of the natural beauty of these Landscapes being so seductive gets me angry that I can not afford to go there.I would love to see this place, enjoying the walk in a beautiful yukata.😙
Made a video on this location last summer. This was before I fixed my gimbal issues. We stay at the ichi hotel you passed going into the Yubatake area. Loved being there.
thanks for the great video rambalac. If you're travelling around Japan it would be great if you could do walk videos of the Ise Shima area and the gardens around the historical Shima Kanko hotels where Grace Kelly and President Obama stayed at.
Beautiful. I always wanted to go to Kusatsu and now I have thanks to you. Do you do any locatin scouting or do you simply go and let your feet tale you where they will?
Interesting and beautiful city, I have never heard of her - actually, out the most famous cities of Japan, I know almost none -, thank you for the video. Just one question, my friend: on 53:15, the tower at the back, is that a church? I got curious because that kind of architecture isn't typical in Japan, if I am not mistaken.

Rambalac and Nippon Wandering TV are the best in this area.
I agree. I think they could be used now for those studying Japanese culture, etc.
this is what google maps should be 😂

@Infinite D Japan will be fine as long as it isn't affected by mass immigration of other cultures.

I think all the alleys in Kusatsu finally brings you back to Yubatake :) I found this place quite happening with lot of people.. Enjoyed the vedio..

Japan the land of food. On every edge food. 😋That makes me hungry. Nice video dude.

Kusatsu Onsen has a German-style architecture. Because German doctor Bertz spread this hot spring to the world.

It's explained in the description.
7:19 - looks dangerously fun.
13:14 - Grande Friuma?
38:11 - Pikachu army leader practicing her whistling.
Beautiful. I always wanted to go to Kusatsu and now I have thanks to you. Do you do any locatin scouting or do you simply go and let your feet tale you where they will?
