If you look carefully, in the game over screen, there’s a hidden faded figure almost as if they’re Turing around to look at you.
It’s hard to see but you can make out a hood, scarf, and some sort of body

I beat bad time today, but I had to play it nonstop for an hour and I lost my mind. I took an hour break, tried Despair, and once the butcher gang appeared I was just like, "nope"
Lil tip, if you struggle with the butcher gang, just spam space. It’s super annoying but it allows you to focus on the chart

@@Oronaps my idea is to plug in another keyboard and use the lullaby strat
of course the next day i first try it with no issues. red bull doesnt give me wings but it makes able to play some crazy difficult songs
have your dodge key be the same as one of your arrows, I use right but I might suggest up or down cause those are more commen, bad idea to use it on bad time though.
Im glad you played the nightmare songs in indie cross! I was able to do only Cuphead's song (Devil's Gambit) so far the only ones I am struggling on rn is Bad time and Despair they are really hard compared to cuphead's song!
Edit 1: I was able to beat Bad Time but it definitely gave me a bad time..
Edit 2: I was able to beat Despair! I barely had hp left at the end with my screen covered with ink but was able to pull threw and beat the song! (Also all the songs I beaten was on Hell mechanics difficulty which is 1.0 Version of Indie Cross! Which was the version I played)

I literally was only able to beat bad time with sheer determination (and multiple hours)
but hey! At least you tried, which is more than a lot of people would do.

Congrats on the the tournament Anthony also yeah the nightmare songs are extremely difficult Cuphead took like 14 minutes, Bendy took 23 minutes and Sans took 3 HOURS
1:48: Devil's Gambit (Devilish).
6:03: Bad Time (Genocidal).
10:35: Despair (Demonic).
despair for all i know is the hardest nightmare song
the song is 5 minutes long
there are death notes in the way of the normal ones
and the butcher gang pops up and proceeds to beat you down while ur going through spam
that's all I know about the song

Just want to point this out as to why Despair's a bop is because CDMusic is the composer for the Calamity Mod in Terraria :)
Bad Time sounds better and is harder imo, but yeah, Despair is a bop.

@@seeker4864 took me longer to beat despair cus I didnt even try to play it. Took me like 2 weeks for bad time. Plus despair has to much happening. Fire is the background, you have to dodge, Avoid ink notes and on top of that avoiding death notes. While bad time is just crazy charting but doable with death notes and dodging. Honestly bad time depends on the player while you need real skill to beat despair

22:42 Honestly, I think you could definitely do this within a short amount of time as long as you're willing to have the patience and will for it. It just takes a bit of practice.
And I've also gone on record saying I'd never do the Nightmare songs myself, yet not even a week later (I think) I beat all three, so I mean, I think you could do them lol.

@@furrygaesex I only really had time to play it for like, less than 30 minutes a day due to having other stuff take up a lot of my time. Plus, take an extra day to edit and upload the video, and yeah lmao.
Edit: Looking back, it actually only took 5 days to get the Nightmare songs video out after the initial Indie Cross video. 4 of which were me actually beating the songs lol.

Its ok bro, it takes time and patience to beat bad time, muscle memory and memorizing where the orange notes are when you hear sans turn
fun fact there was going to be a a bit in despair where bendy jumps into the air and he will land on the ground but he can land on you killing you so you have to move out of the way but before he lands there will be a arrow showing where he will land

It is very much possible for you to beat both bad time and despair with the new update because the mechanics no longer one shot you. I beat bad time on my second try with the new update and I think I beat despair on my fourth try.
fun fact: if you try to use the debug menu in any of the songs, something happens!
Did Anthony notice the third Butcher Gang member during Despair?
The nightmare songs were crazy
Devils gambit was difficult only for the fact I had to look at cuphead to see when he was going to try to 1 shot me
Bad time was so fast and the mechanics would trip me up so often, along with the screen shaking near the end of the song
despair, Jesus christ that song is WAY TOO HARD! 2 MONTHS OFF MY EXISTENCE JUST TO BEAT THAT. And to this day I have never touched that song again and probably never will.
note: this was 3 months after indie cross was released.

I just realized in despair there is a running butcher gang member that you have to dodge
You can play Indie Cross again because it got a small update that makes the mod easier.
While i was watching this video i felt like its actually me playing the game
I focused so much and well i felt really stressed even tho its not me playing the game

I managed to get past the whoopee intro by looking at Sans's side when it's my turn.
Speaking of that technique, you can use it to fc the end of last reel, but you need to switch your eyes between you and bendy
