Disembarking Oasis of the Seas in Miami | Lunch at Versailles for Cuban Cuisine | Cruise Review!

- (Part Three) In today's video it's sadly our disembarking day, I show you a little bit of that process and stop by the Next Cruise booth for a future cruise. Next we decided to spend half the day exploring Miami which is very exciting. The first stop is the Dolphin Mall and Dadeland Mall to do some shopping Miami style. After that it's lunch time and we head to a restaurant I've been wanting to try for a long time which is Versailles the best cuban restaurant in the world. After lunch a huge thunderstorm rolls in so we decided to just head home back to Orlando. Finally I give you a trip recap and answer some common questions from the comment section from part one and part two. I also show you some of the items we got from Mexico and the Oasis of the Seas gift shop. I quickly talk about some future cruise ideas that I have as well. You could really see those white caps. It just reminded me of when we would go fishing in Minnesota at Lake Kabetogama, there were white caps on the lake we couldn’t go fishing that day. We were on Oasis 3 weeks ago. Solarium Bistro was like a mini Windjammer, but less crowded. Dining room food was good, not great. We loved El Loco Fresh. The Aqua 80's show and the Ice Show were excellent.
Dev so hapoy you stopped in Miami and ate in Versailles!! I grew up in Miami and gave eaten there numerous times food is EXCELLENT!! South Beach is INCREDIBLE you should stay overnight and make a video of the night life ! You and Bianca would love it! Great clubs and restaurants! Also, totally recommend NCL! It includes the drink package and also a couple of specialty dining as well. You would just pay the gratuities.

The food in Norwegian Dawn was very good, there was more variety of complimentary food at nighttime. You could have a burger at midnight if you wanted, not through room service too. Really good.
My guy, in my neck of the woods, born and raised in the 305. Next time try Islas Canarias. Love Versailles, but Islas Canarias is just incredible. But now living in Columbia, SC 😕

Try Regent for a special bucket list cruise but beware, you will be spoiled beyond belief. It’s very pricey but literally EVERYTHING is included except spa and casino. And every bite of food is excellent and any drinks you want!! Including a pre cruise hotel night and airfare. We were blown away!!
Norwegian is a great cruise line in my opinion. I just got off of the Norwegian Bliss. It was super clean, great customer service and just a beautiful ship. I just really love the cleaning standards of NCL.

Norwegian has the free at sea offers that offer a lot of amenities that you can include without a huge increase in pricing

Awesome video Dev! I hope one day me and my family get to go on a cruise one day. I’m glad you had fun in Miami. In my opinion though, after living here for more than 20 years, it has really become more of a tourist attraction. I know you said before that you wanted to live in a place to raise a family and Miami just isn’t it anymore. It has a lot of places and things to experience but like I said it’s more for tourists.
Great restaurant. Next time your in town, try Latin American grill in Pembroke Pines. Alot of food for the money.

I cruised on freedom out of Miami. That has been my favorite ship so far. Ive done a Quantum ship and loved the bumper cars. I will be on Oasis in October out of NJ, im excited about the Aqua 80s show but not the size of the ship hahaha.

It’s interesting to me how the Cruise fare doesn’t include the best food choices on RCCL and on other Cruise lines too.
I don’t think Royal Caribbean is trying to nickel and dime anyone, they’re giving “options” to enhance your cruise. I’ve cruised with them several times and never paid the extra fees and had a amazing time with great food. It’s personal choice

I highly recommend Virgin Cruise Line. I sailed on their November sailing out of Miami. We had stops in Costa Maya and their private beach club in Bimini. The food, and overall vibe was amazing. I look forward to when I can sail with them again.
Totally agree with the main dining Dev. We were on oasis of the sea a month ago, and the main dining was pretty bad. The food was cold and incredibly lackluster. The buffets were good and the up charge dining as well, especially Izumis
I saw you on your IG and would have loved to message you while you were in Miami. You should try NCL you only pay on the cruise those extra things you want to do. The drink package and the Dinning package a lot of the time is included or part of the package you get. When we went to Costa Maya we did the Ruins and it was good but the port was blahhhhh just shopping not real Mexico you know.
I lived Coral Gables for 7 years, very close to Calle 8 and there was nothing like eat breakfast at Versailles!

Do you do the one offered through the cruise? Or do you do it somewhere else and bring the paper test with you? I haven’t seen much on what the best way to do this is. Thanks!
Good evening. I can empathize with your feelings of being sad on the last day of your trip! It's always so exciting when the day comes to go on the trip but then when it's time to go home, it feels like it just went way too fast! While I've never been on a cruise, I for sure feel that way every time I have to say good bye to Florida and return to MN. Glad you both had a great time! Thank you for another awesome video!

Hey there! Glad you enjoyed your cruise and Miami! Next time in Miami try Havana Harry’s or La Carreta. Both amazing Cuban places that I like better than Versailles. Also, for the best steakhouse you will ever eat at, please visit Prime 112 in Miami Beach. As for living here in Miami, as others have mentioned, one thing is to visit Miami and something completely different to live here. Its a great place for upper class folks that can live in the various beautiful neighborhoods of Miami but for the average person, its not nearly as glamorous. Lots to do, but everything is overrun with cars and people and as in most other cities, getting more and more expensive each day.

Welcome Back Dev and Bianca! It looked like such a fun trip but there will be more. Awesome, Cuban food is one of favorites and the Publix’s in South Florida made some pretty good Cuban sandwiches. I would always bring back Cuban bread when I was there

Cuban food is my favorite. I lived in South Florida for many years and yes it's a very different vibe than anywhere. I live in Georgia now and no Cuban food in my area sadly.
