She should wear whatever makes her happy but staying healthy is important for everyone. You can consult with a doctor for her. Her mom is here now and she can cook healthy meal for her. She can also join gym with you for workout. I know you have a treadmill but trainer can create a proper fitness chart for her. Reza is bright and hard working girl. I understand how Riza feels. But let me remind you that feeling insecure about your body can cause her to have low self-esteem. It's better that you keep her hormones in check if they are imbalanced and motivate her to walk atleast 1 hour everyday. Diet is really important too.
